At RestWorkPlay, we live in the areas we manage and are local experts.

No call centres, being passed backand-forth or not getting responses – you’ll get our direct mobile and email address. We’ll deal with you and your guests personally and know all about the local attractions, transport links, bars, restaurants – pretty much everything guests will need!

We know when to increase prices at peak times and reduce them in quieter periods to increase your occupancy levels. Our income is directly linked to the rental income of your property (not on salaries) – the more successful we make your property, the more successful we are.

Full Business Management (17% + VAT)

We take care of every aspect of marketing and managing your property. This leaves you with a fully hands-off business and a residual income – simply give us the keys and we do the rest! Ideal for owners who are busy, do not stay near the property or have little experience. With this service we run your whole serviced accommodation business for you, allowing you to concentrate on what matters – career, family, hobbies or building your portfolio

Portfolio Property Management (15% + VAT)

This is the same service as Full Business Management package for landlords who have 5+ properties and want to transition their portfolio to a reliable and resourceful partner.

Partnership Service (12% + VAT)

Ideal for owners who like to be more hands-on and carry out on-site activities themselves like meet & greet, cleaning, changeover, and guest issues. This allows you to do what you do best while RestWorkPlay take care of all your marketing, generate your bookings, deal with all guest enquires and sync your diary. Our job is to maximise your profit and get you as many quality guests as possible from all over the world.

Business Set Up Service (£999 + VAT)

Setting up your serviced accommodation unit (and getting it legal, safe, and fully compliant) is complicated and very time-consuming. So, we’re here to help. We offer a fully hands-off set up package, taking your investment from an empty unit right through to a fully-operational business.

Full Feasibility Report (£275 + VAT)

We will carry out a full feasibility study for your property. This includes income projections, detailed expenses, guest demographics and a comprehensive business plan. This report is essential if you want to ensure a property will work for you before moving ahead.
